Antica Bottega Del Vino has been the recipient of the prestigious ‘Wine Spectator Magazine Award of Excellence’. It boasts one of the most outstanding restaurant wine lists in the world. Bottega Del Vino lives up to this honor with what food critics consider to be one of New York City’s largest and most innovative wine cellars. With a selection of over 2000 wines and over 10,000 bottles housed in its cellar, Bottega Del Vino offers something for everyone…and then some. Bottega’s Wine Director, Fabio Zedda offers mostly Italian wines with a taste of vintages from France, the United States and Australia.

“We have the best vertical selection of wines from all over the world, like Amarone for example.” says Fabio.

Originally, from Italy, Mr. Zedda has been Bottega Del Vino’s Wine Director for four years. He attended the Hotel Eleonora Culinary School in Sardinia. Upon graduating, he proceeded to work at some of Europe’s most prestigious restaurants and hotels in Switzerland, Germany and England. Eventually, he immigrated to the United States where we were most fortunate to employ his fine talents and expertise.
